Abstract

This paper highlights the absence of targeted policies for gifted learners in the Philippine Education Commission II (EDCOM II) agenda. Despite national reforms addressing broad educational challenges, gifted students remain underserved due to a lack of institutionalized support and legislation. The article calls for urgent action to recognize and develop the potential of these learners as vital contributors to national progress.
