Abstract

This article emphasizes that learners progress at different rates and require responsive, inclusive approaches to achieve meaningful learning outcomes. Differentiated instruction, supportive assessment, and sustained teacher development can address diverse learning needs while maintaining high expectations. Ultimately, equitable education recognizes individual differences and provides every learner with an appropriate path toward academic growth and well-being.
