Caring for a loved one with dementia can cause significant anxiety and stress for family caregivers. Nursing interventions such as caregiver education, emotional support, respite care, mindfulness techniques, and connection to community resources play a vital role in reducing caregiver anxiety and improving their well-being. These interventions empower caregivers with knowledge, emotional resilience, and practical support, ultimately benefiting both the caregiver and the patient.
