Clinical instructors serve as vital bridges between nursing theory and practice, shaping the competence of future nurses through experiential learning, professional role modeling, feedback, and assessment. Their guidance fosters critical thinking, resilience, and professional socialization, ensuring that students develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for safe and effective patient care. By closing the gap between classroom instruction and clinical application, clinical instructors play an indispensable role in preparing nurses to meet the complex demands of modern healthcare.
