Abstract

This paper examines the need to recalibrate the Philippine higher education curriculum by integrating employability and entrepreneurial competencies to address graduate-job mismatch and evolving labor market demands. It emphasizes industry-responsive, competency-based, and experiential learning approaches that prepare graduates for workforce readiness, innovation, and enterprise development. Strengthening curriculum relevance through multisectoral collaboration is presented as a strategic pathway toward sustainable economic growth and national competitiveness.
