Abstract

The 2025 Cebu earthquake highlighted the vital role of educational leadership in ensuring learning continuity, fostering resilience, and supporting school communities during disaster recovery. Effective leaders extend beyond emergency response by promoting collaborative partnerships, psychosocial support, and adaptive learning strategies that restore both educational access and learner well-being. Strengthening disaster-resilient leadership and preparedness is essential for building sustainable education systems capable of withstanding future crises.
