Abstract

Artificial intelligence is reshaping workforce demands, requiring higher education to redesign curricula that develop both technological competence and uniquely human skills. Integrating digital literacy, ethical reasoning, interdisciplinary learning, and lifelong learning prepares graduates to adapt to AI-driven workplaces while promoting responsible innovation. Curriculum innovation, supported by educational leadership and industry collaboration, is essential for producing future-ready graduates capable of thriving in an increasingly intelligent economy.
