Abstract

Preparing future public administrators requires higher education institutions to cultivate leadership competencies that align with the evolving demands of government service. Integrating relevant curricula, digital governance, ethical leadership, and experiential learning strengthens graduates' readiness to address public sector challenges effectively. Strong collaboration between universities and government agencies bridges academic preparation and professional practice, producing competent and responsive public leaders.
