Abstract

Participatory governance strengthens public trust by actively involving citizens in decision-making, policy implementation, and public service evaluation. Through transparency, accountability, and collaborative leadership, citizen engagement enhances the responsiveness, inclusiveness, and effectiveness of government services. Ultimately, fostering meaningful public participation promotes democratic governance and improves sustainable public service delivery.
