This paper highlights how floral arrangement enhances customer experience in tourism and hospitality by creating welcoming, emotionally resonant spaces. It emphasizes that arranging flowers teaches patience, mindfulness, and emotional expression, helping students develop key hospitality values. Ultimately, floral design becomes both an aesthetic practice and a powerful tool for meaningful customer connection.
