Abstract

This article examines the need for a holistic approach to supporting Filipino teachers, addressing not just compensation but also professional growth, working conditions, and emotional well-being. It emphasizes that competitive pay must be paired with systemic reforms, capacity-building programs, adequate resources, and mental health support to retain motivated and effective educators.
