Abstract

Education must prepare learners not only with knowledge but also with the adaptability, critical thinking, collaboration, and ethical judgment needed to navigate uncertainty. Experiential, reflective, and technology-informed learning can strengthen future readiness when supported by adaptable teachers and purposeful curricula. Ultimately, future-ready education develops learners who can continuously learn, respond responsibly to change, and help shape better futures.
